TK6920 CNC Floor-type Boring-Milling Center is a general-purpose machine which is designed and manufactured with new technology such as modern mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technologies. This machine not only has extendable boring spindle to carry out the machining by common floor-type boring machines but also has extendable square ram which is equipped with both milling and boring spindle. It adopts a lot of advanced automatic accuracy compensation technologies, such as pre-pressed, on play, high accuracy ball screw drive in axes X,Y,Z,W, multi-point, closed multi-point hydrostatic guideway on linear guideway with dynamic and static friction coefficient of no crawling at low speed. The CNC system of the machine adopts the German Siemens CNC system, realizing the simultaneous motion of any 4 axes, This machine can complete milling, boring, drilling, tapping and curve surface and curve line machining in five axes (such as propeller blade) through one set-up. It is the mechanical-electric integral product of high automatization and hi-tech with high accuracy and excellent rigidity. If equipped with vertical, universal, extended milling heads and CNC rotary table, it can be applied on wider range, especially on large, heavy and super heavy complicated parts.
